The information you give us when ordering and paying for your floral gifts is
totally secure. Full payment for all items ordered from
Aroma Flowers through this site must be paid for in advance of delivery.
Due to seasonal and local availability Aroma Flowers cannot guarantee that
the flowers pictured in the various illustrations on this site will be included
in your particular choice of design, however, every effort will be made to fulfil
your wishes. Please advise us if you have a particular preference for colours
or particular flower type or perhaps colour or type that you would like excluded
PRICE GUIDE
All orders must be paid for in pounds sterling.

DELIVERIES WITHIN THE U.K.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday with guaranteed delivery if orders are
placed before 1.00 p.m. U.K. time to all areas of the U.K outside of our local
delivery area.
For our local delivery area, i.e. within a 5 mile radius of Chester,
we can accept orders up to 3.00 p.m. for same day delivery, an additional £5.00
to be added to the cost of your chosen flowers to cover delivery costs.
All orders for major occasions such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day
and Easter, must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for delivery on the
specific occasion date.
Please note all orders, cannot be accepted without
a local telephone number for the person that you wish to receive the order.
Please make sure that all the address details and the telephone number together
with postal code and or Zip code are correct when you place your order.
COMPLAINTS
At Aroma Flowers we are fully committed to provide you with the best possible
service. In the unlikely event of a complaint, Aroma Flowers will investigate
the circumstances of the complaint and if we are satisfied that your complaint
is genuine a replacement or refund will be given. This does not affect your
statutory rights as a customer.
PRODUCTS
Due to supply, variations some items may be substituded to display of equal
quality and value.
CANCELLATION
If you should find it necessary to cancel your order a refund will be made less
any costs incurred as a consequence of the cancellation of the said order. Cancellations
must be received at least 48 hours before the due delivery date.
